Brand New Greys Prodigy Apex 50mm Butt Ring Carp Rod
The Prodigy Apex can be best described as the ultimate Prodigy carp rod. The redesigned the rod blank is built with Toreon nano composite material technology. This not only makes the blank incredibly slim and lightweight but also gives it increased strength and finesse. The rod action has been specifically designed to get the best out of modern, powerful, overhead casting styles and Toreon technology allows for a super fast tip recovery speed; giving the rod a crisp and responsive feel normally associated with ultra high end carp rods. Of course you’ll still find the smooth progressive Prodigy action that cushions lunging fish yet gives plenty of power and control when you need it.
The sublime woven carbon finish is 2k on the butt and 1k on the tip and features our durable Carbon Armour blank finish. Sleek form and function are provided by the Fuji DPS-18 reel seat, stealth black anodised collars, slim shrink wrap handle and balanced stainless butt cap.
