Although the rods can cast over 100yrds, they come into their own when fishing short to medium range in tight swims where conventional carp rods just won’t cut it. They’re the ultimate rod for stalking and small water angling. Obviously, we obliged and made it, but what we didn’t foresee was how well these rods would sell to anglers here in the UK. When we launched the 10fters in 2014 ‘mobile angling’ was the buzz word that swept the nation and ever since anglers’ across the UK have been ditching their 12ft rods and making the most of our 10ft counterparts, which are perfect for tackling any small to medium sized water, acheiving casting distances of over 100yrds.
