Based on the original Extremity reels, but with several new features that improve every aspect of the reel. Perfect for them feeder fishing fishing situations where you need to cast to the horizon, or need plenty of power when catching big nets of small fish or when taming big powerful fish such as carp and barbel. Whether fishing commercials, large still waters or fast flowing rivers, these Preston Extremity SD Reels are more than up to the job.
These new feeder reels have been thoughtfully designed with a high impact resistant body and balanced rotor construction to give this fishing reel both maximum durability but also incredibly power for its size. To ensure smooth casting and superior precision on retrieval, this fishing reel features a smooth reliable gearing. One of the biggest improvements is the introduction of the Speed Drag system, this allows the drag to be adjusted from locked to lose in just half a turn, perfect for battling hard fighting fish. This new SD system on these fishing reels has been built using a trusted Worm Drive System which offers confidence even when retrieving large heavy feeders back from any distance.
For effortless casting, Preston Innovations have designed this fishing reel with an extra wide spool and to ensure that this fishing reel can accommodate both mono fishing line and braided fishing line, it offers optimum line capacity for both. A great addition to these feeder reels is the dual line clips, which is perfect for anglers fishing multiple spots with one rod, allowing you to fish with greater accuracy over all swims. These Preston Extremity SD Feeder Reels have been built to last thanks to an aluminium machined spool and one piece bail arm. This fishing reel handle has been machined from aluminium CNC and features a soft touch rubber grip for maximum comfort and grip when reeling in. Available in two sizes; 520 and 620 to cover all feeder fishing situations.
