Description
This is the front feeder rest from the Middy Quartix range has been designed from scratch and developed over many months to provide feeder anglers with the best rod set up.
The front rest is upright only on one side so it gives ease of placing your rod, plus the upright section is slightly curved to hold the rod firmly during a bite.
The resting area of the rest is wide, making it perfect for when you need to let go of the rod to unhook a fish. The rod rest has soft rubberised TPE channels to make it non-slip, even when your rod is angled down towards the water.
Middy has designed the rest so that you can adjust the angle of the rest to be at any angle you like, through 180 degrees. This is thanks to the simple press-button angle lock.
The rest itself is quite narrow, so it fits inside a holdall without detaching it from your thread stick and whilst the compact overall size allows more room in your peg for nets, the rest has a strong brass thread that boasts a totally secure rest for your pricey fishing rods.
The thread of the rest ensures stability and strength in connection to a thread stick so you can have confidence in this front rest.
